Description

The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA), with the support of the Atlantic Canada Aerospace and Defence Association (ACADA), cordially invites you to participate in an upcoming supplier engagement event with General Dynamics (includes General Dynamics Mission Systems, General Dynamics Land Systems and General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems) as a pre-DEFSEC initiative.

  • General Dynamics Mission Systems - Canada (GDMS-C) is one of Canada's leading C4ISR and defence electronics companies, with 75 years of experience and a worldwide reputation for excellence in the production of technology-based, integrated solutions for land, airborne, maritime, and cyber defence applications.
     
  • General Dynamics Land Systems - Canada (GLDS-C) has a proven capability of supporting Canada's armed forces with over 40 years of fielding Canadian military vehicles. Recently, GDLS successfully completed the upgrade of the Canadian Army's LAV III fleet, providing it with a flexible, multipurpose capability to effectively respond to a full range of operations, ensuring that the LAV remains the backbone of the Canadian Army.
     
  • General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems - Canada (GDOTS-C) designated by the Canadian government as the Centre of Excellence for the maintenance and further development of an industrial defence capability in production, technical know-how and research relating to ammunition products. The company is headquartered in Repentigny, Quebec and is wholly owned by General Dynamics Corporation.

In addition, as a major partner to General Dynamics Mission Systems - Canada on the upcoming Canadian Multi-Mission Aircraft (CMMA) project, Bombardier Defense will also participate in this supplier development event. Bombardier Defense is recognized around the world for its diverse portfolio of proven and versatile specialized aircraft platforms.
