All major presentations this year are planned to be in-person in the ACADA Presentation Pavilion located on the Argyle Level of the Halifax Convention Centre. However, to ensure every attendee has the ability to access the presentations, we will also be recording all of them and then making them available end of day on Friday, October 6, as on-demand videos via the B2B2GO Web Platform.

We will post further details here on the format and content of the presentations as they are finalized.

The Canadian Program of Cyber Security Certification is the Government of Canada's new contracting requirement to shore up the protection of unclassified information held by Canada's defence suppliers. Once in place, the program will introduce mandatory cyber security requirements in select defence contracts. During this session, Calian will showcase how new technologies are making design and development or military training faster, safer, more agile, and more cost-effective for collective and individual training. There will be discussion about how artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLM) are creating opportunities for faster, cheaper training delivery; the importance of cyber response training; and the value carbon fiber composites brings to any defence program. This session will include a demonstration of Calian's augmented reality solution for training sailors on Replenishment-at-Sea in a synthetic training environment.
