Personnel from official Media Agencies will be able to attend the Exhibition in order to report on the events taking place during the week - on Wednesday, October 4 and Thursday, October 5.
In order to gain access to the exhibition, media personnel will be required to go through our accreditation process. Individuals representing and accredited by recognized print, television and radio media outlets will be granted Media Access. Final approval of attending media will be at the discretion of the Executive Director.
ALL media personnel planning to attend MUST pre-register online with us before the event. If media is not pre-registered upon arriving at the Registration Area, they may not be permitted into the venue.
It is important to note that an Accredited Media Pass does NOT include access to any meals or receptions and that all passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

There will be NO on-site lunches this year - this includes the "Bagged Lunch" that has been available to Exhibitors in past years. There are well over 20 restaurants just within a 3-block radius of the Halifax Convention Centre and even more just outside of that distance.
