To register online, click on the button above and then select one of the "Non-Exhibitor Pass" options under the SELECT YOUR ATTENDEE CATEGORY dropdown, depending on whether you will be on-site attending the entire event or just one of the days.

If you are attending DEFSEC Atlantic presented by the Atlantic Canada Aerospace & Defence Association as an employee of a private-sector company or organization that is not exhibiting on the floor, then you will be registered under this category. Each individual in this category, regardless of whether multiple employees of that company will be attending, will need to register themselves using our online system.

It is important to note that a Non-Exhibitor Pass does NOT include access to any meals and that all passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Full Pass

EARLY BIRD PRICING (by September 8, 2023) - $400.00 + HST
REGULAR PRICING (after September 8, 2023) - $440.00 + HST

A Full Non-Exhibitor Pass will include:

  • Access to the Opening Reception on Tuesday evening
     
  • Access to the Exhibition Halls, B2B Meetings, Presentations and "Hour of Good Cheer" Reception on Wednesday
     
  • Access to the Exhibition Halls, B2B Meetings and Presentations on Thursday
     
  • Access to the Web App, Online Registration Web Platform and B2B2GO Web Platform

One-Day Pass

EARLY BIRD PRICING (by September 8, 2023) - $250.00 + HST
REGULAR PRICING (after September 8, 2023) - $275.00 + HST

We will also be offering the options of single-day attendance, as shown below:

  • A Wednesday Only Non-Exhibitor Pass will include:
    • Access to the Opening Reception on Tuesday evening
       
    • Access to the Exhibition Halls, B2B Meetings, Presentations and "Hour of Good Cheer" Reception on Wednesday
       
    • Access to the Web App, Online Registration Web Platform and B2B2GO Web Platform
  • A Thursday Only Non-Exhibitor Pass will include:
    • Access to the Opening Reception on Tuesday evening
       
    • Access to the Exhibition Halls, B2B Meetings and Presentations on Thursday
       
    • Access to the Web App, Online Registration Web Platform and B2B2GO Web Platform

There will be NO on-site lunches this year - this includes the "Bagged Lunch" that has been available to Exhibitors in past years.  There are well over 20 restaurants just within a 3-block radius of the Halifax Convention Centre and even more just outside of that distance.
