Samuel Associates and its partners, sponsors and feature charity; the National Naval Reserve Monument Association, invite all DEFSEC Atlantic Delegates, Exhibiting Companies, and other dignitaries and guests to join us for an Open Bar Reception at the Halifax Citadel on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, from 5 PM to 7 PM.
This year we will be celebrating the successful fundraising campaign to revitalize the National Naval Reserve Monument and mark the centennial of the founding of Canada's Naval Reserve.
